UTHM or UTM

1-If you got an opportunity that sounds nicer than what you dream, for sure you will take it?

3-As a Muslim, we got a few specific method to cater this dilemma- Istikharah pray.

4-Basically it's a pray to ask whether the thing you want is good or bad for you, and it works!
